WinFF 1.5.5 Final

WinFF is free video converter for Win Xp to Win 10, Debian, and Ubuntu. WinFF has been used around the world to help people post their videos on the internet despite repressive regimes.

WinFF 1.5.5 is mostly just a cleaned up and repacked winff 1.5.4 for possibly the final version.

For now (and maybe ever), I am going to be hosting winff on my personal site.

This maybe the final version of WinFF except for preset updates. The WinFF website is being retired after 10 years. Thanks to Paul Gevers, Ian Stoffberg, and all other contributers for all you have done.

Here is the hack I used. He said he got the tx and rx backwards and he corrected himself but it was backward for me. So it may depend on your meter.

Bottled Dunkel

Bottled Dunkel (german dark lager). It was supposed to be an amber bock, but it came out to dark. So, it's a dunkel. It's got a very traditional beer taste with hints of roasted malt and coffee.

Beer Jam

Made it with a hoppy braggot (5lb honey, 1lb dark dme, hops). Taste just like the braggot. Slightly sweet. Just when you think it's going to be bitter, it's not. I thought the citra hops would make it citrus-y, but in combo with northern brewer it said, "Beer!" I really liked the recipe. Only a month left of lagering for the braggot to finish.

My final recipe for 7 Pints:
7 x 12oz bottles of brew. (10.5 cups)
3/4 vinegar
5 3/4 cups sugar
2 1/2 packs of pectin

Baconator DoppleBock Recipe

SG 1.077 FG 1.019 ABV: 7.57% IBU: 20.32 SRM: 13.11

Prepare Bacon Extract

6 oz Cooked Bacon Bits with all the fat removed, just the meat.
8 oz Bourbon.

Cook bacon on wire rack with no seasoning. After cooking bacon, pat bacon dry. Pick out all fat. Save crispy edges and meat until you have 6 ounces. Place in sanitized 12 ounce jar and add bourbon. Shake. Store until bottling.

3lbs Dark DME
1/2 oz Northern Brewer Hops (60 min)
1/2 oz Northern Brewer Hops (15 min)
2 tsp Chipotle Powder (15 min)
2 tsp Black Pepper (15 min)
2 tsp Garlic Powder (15 min)
2.5 lbs Honey (Flame out)
8 oz Maple Syrup (Flameout)
Saflager W34/70 Lager Yeast
Yeast Nutrient

1 oz Northern Brewer Hops (secondary)

Honey Nut Lager

3lbs Dark DME
3lbs Honey
1 oz Northern Brewer Hops (60 min)
1 oz Citra Hops (60 min)
6.5 oz Peanut Butter Powder (Flame Out)
