Here is the recipe:
5 pounds ripe tomatoes
2 pounds of sugar
Water to 1 gallon
1 pack wine yeast
clean and sterlize everything.
Wash tomatoes. Remove any bruised spots. Cut into small pieces. Put tomatoes into 1 gallon container.
Bring sugar to a boil. Pour over tomatoes. Add cold water to 1 gallon. Cool to room tempature.
Add yeast. Shake well.
