WinFF bug

After months of looking for why winff would launch the console window and crash, I finally had the opportunity to use a computer it was crashing on. It has to do with punctuation in the windows username. The user name that i found that broke it was "Jim & Kay".  So, the application data path would be "C:documents and settingjim & kayapplication datawinff"

Even though it was contained in quotes cmde.exe still did not like it.

For the moment. If it doesn't work, there is not a lot to do until i figure out how to fix it.
