		<description>It is very refreshing to hear about judges standing up for the law and not caving in to prosecutor&#039;s whims.
As you said, it would be very interesting to know just how many charges were changed by the D.A. just to suit their needs and case load.

I&#039;m not familiar with the case nor the details but the comments made by the judges and their grievances with the prosecution would suggest that they will probably throw out all the charges. Prosecutor tried pulling a fast one and got caught.

Score one for the judges. We could use many more ethical judges.
