Hey Guys:
My name is Ariel and I'm new to the forum. I downloaded Winff on my new laptop ( Windows 7 ) but every time I try to convert a file, it starts converting and then I get a ffmpeg sudden stop message. I tried uninstalling and installing numerous times but it continues doing the samething. I have the same installed on my desktop at home and it works great running on windows xp. But for some reason I can't get it to work on my new laptop. Please can someone help ?

it might be international characters or characters such as &,!,@,#,$,%,^,* in the path.

beyond that i'm not sure
