Prelease of WinFF 1.0 for Ubuntu Intrepid

Here is the Pre-release for Ubuntu intrepid.

It’s just a deb file, please manually install it.

WinFF 1.0 Coming in a late March.

We are preparing for the upcoming release of WinFF 1.0. It is coming along with more and easier presets, more stable code, less annoyances, and lots of bug fixes.

We hope to have the new version ready for the official launch in late march.

Here is a pre-release of version 1.0 of the windows installer.

Not all new presets are included. Not all translation is done. There certainly will be some bugs. Well, that’s the whole point.

Hardy Update

We are asking for people to test the new hardy version of 0.45.1. Here is the file

If it works we will update the repositories with it.

Hardy and 0.45 problems

The latest 0.45 of winff is having problems on hardy. The Repositories have been set back to 0.43 for the time being. It has to do with the newer Lazarus will not run on Hardy, and the older lazarus will not compile the newer winff correctly. Hopefully a newer version of lazarus will fix this problem. It usually ends with an error like:
